Petition of Qifton O. (alias C. O.) Mann for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in “the case of Mann v. State, 30 So.2d 462.
