Petition of the State for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Madden v. State, 112 So.2d 796.
