Loxair Corporation v. Biscoe
15 S.E.2d 438 | Ga. | 1941
The petition in an action by a minority stockholder against a non-resident corporation and its officers, based on alleged fraud, was subject to general demurrer.
This ruling renders it unnecessary to consider whether or not it was error to allow the amendment to the petition, or to overrule other grounds of demurrer.
Judgment reversed. All the Justices concur.
