Petition of Charles Lovett ‍‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to ‍‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍review and revise the judgment and decision of ‍‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍that Court in the case of Lovett v. ‍‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​‍State, 6 So.2d 437.
