Lopez v. State, 742 So. 2d 531

PER CURIAM.

The sole point on this appeal from a conviction for attempted second degree murder challenges the existence of that offense. We again conclude that there is no merit in this position. Pitts v. State, 710 So.2d 62 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998), and cases collected.

Affirmed.
