Mr. Justicе Whitе is of the орiniоn thаt thе petition ‍‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‍for a writ of certiorari should be denied.
