We hold the ‍​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‍instructions to be correct. The distinction is between ‍​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‍a fence erected on another’s land by mistake, and ‍​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‍one erected under a claim of title.
