We initially granted the instant petition for review on the basis of conflict with Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Co. v. McCook, 355 So. 2d 1166" date_filed="1977-08-31" court="Fla." case_name="Southern Bell Tel. & Tel. Co. v. McCook">355 So.2d 1166 (Fla.1977). After argument, we have concluded that no conflict exists and that the Court is therefore without jurisdiction. The petition for review is denied.
