Petition of Alex Leonard for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise the judgment ‍‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‍and decision of that Court in Leonard v. State, 79 So.2d 803.
