Appellants in 1896 obtained judgment before a justice of the peace, against one Chambers, for $119.81. Chambers thereafter sued out a writ of certiorari to the superior court, and executed a bond staying the proceedings in the justice court. The superior court set aside the judgment of the justice court. Appellants then appealed to this court, which reversed the judgment of the superior court, with instructions to dismiss the certiorari proceedings. The superior court thereupon dismissed the judgment, and entered judgment for costs in favor of appellants for $66.55, which has not been paid. Thereafter
