In an action to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from' plaintiff’s fall on a defective sidewalk, in a crack in which her foot caught, throwing her, judgment in favor of defendants, entered upon the direction of the trial court,.dismissing the complaint at the close of all the proofs, reversed on the law and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event. The learned trial justice erred in granting the motion to dismiss. There were issues
