Mr. ‍‌​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‍Justice Black, Mr. Justice Murphy, and Mr. Justice ‍‌​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‍Rutledge are of the opinion that leave to ‍‌​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‍file should be granted and that a rule ‍‌​​​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌​​‌​‍to show cause should issue.
