PER CURIAM.

The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and the petition for ‍‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍writ of certiorari are granted. The judgment is vacated and the case is remanded for ‍‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍further consideration in light of Gideon v.
