— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of an automobile accident, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Isseks, J.), dated April 4,1983, which granted plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability and directed an assessment of damages. Order reversed, without costs or disbursements, and motion denied. While negotiating a right-hand curve at a speed of 10 to 15 miles per hour in excess of the posted speed limit, an eastbound vehicle driven by defendant David Wells skidded across the westbound lane of traffic and collided with an embankment.
