Pee Cueiam:

An examination of the evidence convinces us tbat it presented a case proper for tbe jury. There is certainly some evidence tending to prove fraud. In the conflict of evidence the jury is the proper tribunal to weigh it and to determine what it proves. We discover no error in the admission of evidence or in the charge.

Judgment affirmed.
