Petition of Luther Lackey for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review ‍​‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​​​‌‍and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Lackey v. State, 123 So.2d 186.
