Opinion op the Court by
Affirming.
Ed. Knipp was indicted in the Warren Circuit Court charged with robbery, and having been found guilty, and sentenced to the penitentiary, he appeals.
It is insisted for him that the evidence does not warrant the judgment, and that a new trial should have been granted on account of newly discovered evidence. There was sufficient evidence to take the case to the jury, and we can not say that the verdict of the jury is so palpably against the evidence as to warrant us in disturbing it.
