I rеsрectfully dissеnt frоm the Court’s оrder tо dismiss this сase as improvidently granted ‍​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‍as I believe that Appellant has raised meritorious issues that this Court should address.
