Adhering to our views that the death penalty is in ‍‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‍all circumstances cruel and unusual punishment prohibited by the Eighth and Fourteenth ‍‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​‍Amendments, Gregg v. Georgia, 428 U.
