The questions ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‍presented in this case are identical ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‍with those in Keaton v. Snider, 14 Ind. App. 66.

On ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‍the authority of that decision ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‍the judgment in this case should ‍‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‍be affirmed.
