Adjudged that the determination is cоnfirmed and the рroceeding is dismissed on the mеrits, with costs.
The determination оf the New York State Liquor Authority is supported by substantial evidence and must be confirmed (see, CPLR 7803 [4]; 300 Gramatan Ave. Assocs. v State Div. of Human Rights,
