Joiner v. Grace

102 Ga. 573 | Ga. | 1897

Atkinson, J.

Whether the court committed error in its charge to the jury or not, the errors alleged to have been committed, in view of the evidence, which demanded the verdict for the plaintiff, were harmless, and the court did not err in refusing a new trial.

Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concurring.
