Petition of Albert Johnson for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise ‍​​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‍the judgment and decision of that Court in the case of Johnson v. State, 43 So.2d 424.
