THE STATE OF TEXAS TO THE 57TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF BEXAR COUNTY, GREETINGS: Before our Court of Appeals for the Fourth District of Texas on October 7, 2015, the cause upon appeal to revise or reverse your judgment between John E. Rodarte, Sr., Appellant V. Texas Department of Family and Protective Service, Appellee No. 04-14-00922-CV and Tr. Ct. No. 2010-CI-12625 was determined, and therein our said Court of Appeals made its order in these words:

In accordance with this court’s opinion of this date, the order of the trial court is AFFIRMED. It is ORDERED that no costs shall be assessed against appellant, John E. Rodarte, Sr., in relation to this appeal because he qualifies as indigent under TEX. R. APP. P. 20. WHEREFORE, WE COMMAND YOU to observe the order of our said Court of Appeals for the Fourth District of Texas, in this behalf and in all things have the order duly recognized, obeyed, and executed.
