Dear Clerk: I received a Card from the Appositi Court returning me that this court notified the Appositi Court returning them that a Reporters Record would not be filed in the above mestral course of action. This is NOT COMED. First and foremost, the Reporters Record was destroyed before 1997, in this CMPIM Muebee Collection. This Court had no legal foundation to destroy me record. Secondly, in accordance with Re.R. App. P 346 (2) and 35.36 (3) request that a fee schedule be made to provide the record to the Appositi Court, and sent to me, at the above address.
