IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss the Petition be granted and ‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‍that Judgment be entered dismissing this action with prejudice.
