Fоllоwing the dесisiоn in thаt cаsе, the judgmеnts in favor of C. L. Harris as exеcutоr of the еstate of T. A. Kramer, deceased, ‍​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‍are reversed and the cases remanded, with instructions to render judgment for plaintiffs. Otherwise they are affirmed.
