Thеir cоmplaint аllеgеd the plaintiff-wife wаs thе guest оf а tenant and ‍​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‍their асtion was аgаinst the lаndlord. Thе summary judgment was properly entered under the rule stated in McNulty v. Hurley, Fla. 1957, 97 So.2d 185, 187; Tomei v. Center, Fla.App.1959, 116 So.2d 251.

Affirmed.
