The point is made that the Bank of Irwin, a partnership composed of plaintiff and one McMullen, was the owner of the mortgage. On this subject it is enough to say that Jack made oath at least four times that it was his property, and, regardless of whose it may be, he was fully authorized to treat it in all respects as his ovni, and he did so. — Aeeirmed.
