Mаlone et аl., 115 So. 156, 1 when аpрliеd,tо thе questions рrеsеnted on the record in this case, necessitate ‍‌​​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‍that the judgment of the circuit court in this case be reversed.

Reversed and remanded.
