Before our Court of Appeals for the Fourth District of Texas on April 29, 2015, the cause upon appeal to revise or reverse your judgment between In the Int of DMB, Jr and ILB, Appellant V. No. 04-14-00767-CV and Tr. Ct. No. 2013-PA-02050 was determined, and therein our said Court of Appeals made its order in these words:
In accordance with this court’s opinion of this date, we ORDER this appeal DISMISSED FOR WANT OF JURISDICTION. We further ORDER that no costs be assessed against appellant Father because he is indigent.
