Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disburse-
ments to the appellant, and the motion granted on the authority of Matter of Pellegrini (248 A.D. 526" date_filed="1936-10-30" court="N.Y. App. Div." case_name="In re the Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors By Pellegrini">248 App. Div. 526). The amendment of section 65 (Laws of 1938, chap. 625) has not changed the rule.
