Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 8, 1980, which rescinded a prior decision of the board, reversed the decision of an Administrative Law Judge, and sustained an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner disqualifying claimant from receiving benefits because she lost her employment through misconduct.
