—Decree of the Surrogate's Court of Westchester county affirmed, with taxable costs to all parties payable out of the estate, on the authority of Matter of Keogh, ante, p. 285 (decided herewith). Woodward, Hooker, Gaynor, Rich and Miller, JJ., concurred.
