For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Ruling, the court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that the Motion for Summary Judgment [doc. 28] be GRANTED and that Gerald Miller‘s claims for Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, maintenance and cure, and punitive damages be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
