PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of appellee’s Suggestion For Rehearing In Banc, thе response thereto, and thе vote by а majority оf the judges оf the ‍‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‍court in regular, аctive service in favor of the suggestion, it is
