In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, the appeal is from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Queens County (Lubow, J), dated May 22, 2003, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court dated April 4, 2003, made after a hearing, finding that the appellant committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree (four counts), forcible touching
Ordered that the order of disposition is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
The appellant’s contention that the evidence was legally insufficient to establish either that he restrained the complainant or the element of sexual gratification is unpreserved for appellate review as he failed to specifically raise these claims before the Family Court (cf. CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Gray,
