Petitioner ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‍is allowed until April 26, 1993, within which to pay ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‍the docketing fee required by Rule 38(a) and to ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‍submit a petition in compliance with Rule 33 of ‍​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‍the Rules of this Court.
