Granted. The petition for discipline by consent is approved. Petitioner is hereby suspended from the practice of law for 30 months, with the special condition that he not apply for reinstatement until after he has made full restitution to Douglas Far-que and provided the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel with satisfactory evidence that such restitution has been made.
