(Susan Larabee, J.), entered on or about September 23, 1998, terminating respondent-appellant’s parental rights to the subject child upon a finding of mental illness and, insofar as appealed from, committing the child’s guardianship and custody to petitioner child protective agency and the Commissioner of Social Services for the purpose of adoption without holding a dispositional hearing to consider whether post-adoption visitation is in the child’s best interests, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
