November 8, 2017
[PROPOSED] ORDER [GRANTING] [DENYING] PLAINTIFFS’ ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO FILE THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT UNDER SEAL No. 5:12-md-02314-EJD *2
On August 25, 2017, Plaintiffs filed an administrative motion to file under seal portions of the Third Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint (“the “Amended Complaint”) and certain exhibits thereto. Defendant Facebook, Inc. has submitted a declaration in support of that administrative motion on August 29, 2017.
The Court has reviewed Plaintiffs’ administrative motion to file portions of the Third Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint (the “Amended Complaint”) and certain exhibits thereto under seal, as well as all papers filed by the parties in support thereof. The Court find that the parties’ sealing request narrowly tailored and justified. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is [granted] [denied]. IT IS SO ORDERED.
