Per Curiam,

There appears to be nothing in this record that would justify us in sustaining either of the four specifications of error. Neither of the questions involved requires discussion. For reasons given by the court below they were correctly disposed *606of. The decree is affirmed on the opinion of the learned judge who wrote for the court in banc, and the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs.
