The dismissal is with prejudice; ‍‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​​‌‌‍accordingly, the case is closed.
