MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Hans Dane Christian Truelson, proceeding pro se, filed a petition for writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court had signed an “illegal protective order” at the request of real party in interest, Briana Camille Truelson, relator‘s wife.¹ Relator‘s petition contends that the trial court‘s order is “in contradiction to the [United States] Constitution” and “corrupt[s] the blood of a person, punishing a child for the possible future sins of a parent.” Relator‘s petition requested that this Court “overturn the protective order, falsely named, against [relator] and . . . order [the trial court] not to issue [orders] betwixt married couples.”

We conclude that relator has failed to establish he is entitled to mandamus relief, and therefore, the Court denies relator‘s petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.7(a). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
