Decree, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by increasing the amount of the award to the owners of Damage Parcels 20 and 20-A to the sum of $31,300, of which $27,000 represents land value and $4,300 the value of the buildings, and as so modified affirmed, with costs to claimants-appellants.
