Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide event. Held, that the finding of the jury that the defendant agreed to pay twenty-five dollars per acre as commission for the sale of his farm is contrary to and against the weight of the evidence. All concurred; Foote, J., not sitting.
