å Ê17 (Second Request) Defendants. 18 STIPULATION t9 This Stipulation and entered into by and between Defendant V/ells Fargo Bank, N.A. 20 (erroneously named as Wells Fargo NA) ("V/ells Fargo"), and Plaintiff Susan Hughes 2t ("Plaintiff') (collectively, the "Parties") based on the following: 22 V/HEREAS, Plaintiff filed the Complaint on July 18,2017 in Clark County District Court, 23 Case No. A-17 -7 58509-C; 24 WHEREAS, Plaintiff served the Complaint on Wells Fargo on October 9,2017; 25 WHEREAS, Wells Fargo filed a Petition for Removal to this Court on November 8,2077; 26 V/HEREAS, based on the date of filing the Petition for Removal, Wells Fargo's deadline 27 to respond to the Complaint was November 15, 2017; 28 48ts-1042-41s1 WHEREAS, the Parties stipulated to an extension for Wells Fargo to respond to the [1] Complaint to allow Wells Fargo and its counsel additional time to evaluate and respond to the 2 allegations set forth in the Complaint;


V/HEREAS, on November 16, 2017, the Court entered an order allowing Wells Fargo 4 until December 19, 2017 to file its response to the Complaint; 5 WHEREAS, Plaintiff has no objection to extending V/ells Fargo's time to respond to the 6 Complaint a second time; and 7 WHEREAS, this is the second request for an extension of time to respond to the 8 Complaint and is not intended to cause any delay or prejudice to any partyt rather, this extension 9 is requested to allow the Parties to explore possible resolution of this matter without the need for 10 fuither litigation. 11 NOW, THEREFORE, subject to Court approval, the Parties agree as follows: ?12 tr q) 1.
