There was sufficient evidence to authorize the finding of the trial court, sitting as judge and jury, that the residence of the purchaser under a title-retention contract was in Fulton County, Georgia, at the time of the execution of the contract so that the recording of the contract in that county was implied notice to subsequent purchasers.
Judgment affirmed. Gardner and Townsend, JJ., concur.
