AFTER REMANDMENT

PER CURIAM.

This case is reversed and remanded on authority ‍​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‍of the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Hubbard v. State, 405 So.2d 695 (1981).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
