After consideration of ‍​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‍the record and the briefs, we ‍​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‍have concluded that the order entered by ‍​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‍the trial judge does not constitute an ‍​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‍abuse of discretion, and affirm.
